Peru Decaf

This blend of Peru Decaf boasts a medium roast and an enticing blend of caramel, smoothness, and citrus flavors. It is grown by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino and consists of a variety of Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor beans from the Piura and Amazonas regions, grown at altitudes of 1100-1700 meters in clay-rich soil. The decaffeination process involves gully washing and sun drying, followed by the Swiss Water Process.
