Bali Blue is certified organic and features a med-dark roast with a dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar flavor profile. The coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, utilizing a variety of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor beans. The beans are grown in the Kintamani region of Bali, Indonesia at an elevation of 1200-1600 meters in volcanic loam soil. The beans are hand-picked and then wet-hulled before being dried on raised beds.
